HRH-not sure what brand of Pumpkin Spice syrup you ordered but I feel I need to warn you. Since my addiction problem began two years ago, I have tried several kinds and NONE OF THEM tastes even remotely similar.:headache: I still have amostly full bottle sitting next to my espresso machine collecting dust. It just ain't the same.:sad2: And now you have me craving the real deal and I just so happen to drive right by Starbuck's on my way to work. I have been trying so hard to "Just Say No" since they are so $$$$ and now you go and ruin it for me.

You need to get in real friendly with a manager and see if he will sell you a bottle on the side ;) - Can't you see the news now.....HRH in handcuffs, headliner woman caught buying liquid drugs outside of starbucks back entrance only to turn out to be pumpkin spice syrup  :lmao: I don't care for Starbucks coffee itself ~ too bitter ~ but I have never tried any of there other offerings which I guess is a good thing because I've heard rave reviews on their frozen/cold concoctions and now the pumpkin pandemic

I have to make a confession, :rolleyes1 I have never had a Starbucks coffee! I do enjoy my coffee I make at home with International Delights creamer at only 1.50 per bottle :lmao:

My mom used to be a "barista" at Starbucks - she would bring home the syrup all the time. They let you bring home a pound (or whatever the measurement is) of coffee every week as one of your employee perks - I guess that's how they keep you working there :surfweb:

I know it isn't Starbucks but the Pumpkin Spice Chai at Donkin Donuts isn't bad. ( no starbucks around here)

They are selling it on EBAY!! for about $40/big bottle..I wonder how they got it, there are a lot of auctions...so funny.

I don't like Starbucks, either...their coffee tastes burnt to me..tooooo strong. But this has a lot of milk in it, and the spices just mingle with the slight coffee flavor ever so nicely...not bitter at all...I think they put whipped cream on top, too..:goodvibes
:lmao: I woulndnt take a Free child :lmao: I do have a few I'd give away though! :rotfl2:

Sell them to the gypsies!!

Have you tried the gingerbread latte they have around Christmas? :rolleyes1

Oh! Now that's some good crack there!:rotfl2:

I'll just be getting outta rehab and they hit me with another addiction!!

OK....where's my freap who explained to me that Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is just pumpkin spice flavored..not pumpkin flavored? (I'm thinking it was Mkrop?)

YOU COST ME $65 TODAY!!!

I started craving one of those lattes as soon as I read your post. So today on my way to Walmart..I stopped at the Starbucks drive-thru;) . I had a GC that I had left over from teacher's gifts last year, so it was "free". I got a tall(why don't they just call it small-that's what it is) and OMG, OMG, OMG....I wish I had gone for the Super Size. It was so good, by the time I got to WalMart I had already decided to look at their espresso machines..

So I bought...
a cheap Mr Coffee espresso machine-$30
Starbucks espresso-12 oz.(WHEN DID THEY STOP SELLING COFFE BY THE POUND??? - $7
Hazelnut syrup til I found Pumpkin spice-$5

OK, so I stop at Starbucks on my way home to buy the syrup. I ask if they sell their syrups? Yes, we do. Do you have Pumpkin Spice syrup? No, Starbucks doesn't sell THAT syrup, it's exclusive to the store's products. :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: (You have to understand now that I have finished my latte, and it was NOT my first caffinated beverage of the day..) WHAT???!!! I CAN'T EVEN BUY IT ONLINE???   No ma'am, sorry...

HAAAAARRUMMMMPH!!! We will see about that..So I go online and find a few homemade recipes (one actually had PUMPKIN in it:scared: ), and nothing seemed right. I did find a site that sells coffees and syrups, and they had a pumpkin spice syrup...so I bought 2.

I am going to be sincerely bummed if this doesn't work out..I don't know if I can justify a $4/day coffee habit...

Soooooo....how was your day??

Anyway, I'm warning y'all that haven't tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte....

DON'T DO IT, IT'S LIKE HEROIN!!!!!

jk, of course, I am going to enjoy my new espresso machine, even if it's just with hazelnut flavorings...

:lmao:

mkrop, darling, you know I  you!

Surely someone on this board must know an individual who works at Starbucks who can slip you a bottle of the Pumpkin Spice . :thumbsup2
