I printed the free Hot Wheels one and took it to my TRU and they said it wasn't a valid coupon I was bummed! Do people really spend time making up fake coupons and posting them on the web? They didn't even scan the coupon, they just looked at it and looked some stuff up in their "communication book" and told me it wasn't valid. You'd think they'd try scanning it, since if it wasn't valid, it wouldn't work. They need to take some lessons from CVS, where they take ALL of my internet Q's! Oh well!!


ETA, I called the store. They are NOW aware of the coupon and they told me I can come back in and get my $$ back. Yippee!!

Thanks for this..I was going to take my boys over there after school today..what a disappointment that would have been..(to me, I would have ended up paying..) and thanks for the update, guess I will give them a call first...

TRU coupons worked for me. My mom and I both used one. The Hot Wheels cars were on sale for 99cents but the Little Pet Shop animals was over $2! Yeah!

They didn't know about it either but I told them it was on their website. She shrugged her shoulders and said that if I went and got one, she'd take it. And they did with no problems. Easy peasy.
