Nascar Cafe has free wi-fi but you must be a paying customer (eating or drinking). NBA City restaurant has free wi-fi and you don't have to be a customer. There is also wi-fi at WossaMotta U at Islands of Adventure (Toon Lagoon) but you pay for wi-fi there.
