Box is all set for Disney Bunch including 3 toy story fast passes we got from ride breakdown good till Nov 15. I taped those inside lid. The box is VERY heavy so use a luggage cart. It was already heavyplus added some cans of soda and half case of water. Tons of cereal too so don't bring that. Lots of candy from mnsshp too. Very fun and useful swap!

Hey guys I was just checking to see if I needed to bring anything to repair the box or suggestion for finding it easier. If Mickey Heads have fallen off I can add more. I am going to print off the instructions and tape them to the inside of the lid to help people remember what to write for the next swapper. Does the box need index cards, packing tape, etc? I tried to make the box hard to miss when I made it the first time so the CMs could find it easily, so any suggestions would be great.

That is so awesome! I WISH I could have got my hands on it. I spent an hour on our check in day trying to get the box with no luck. They swore there was nothing like that anywhere. They sent me to concierge and then back to bell services but nobody had seen it. I was quite frustrated that they acted like it did not exist.

I am so sorry to the person after me. I hope she was somehow able to get it.

Sorry you weren't able to get the box. Hopefully it will turn up for one of the next swappers. If we still don't have it when we get there I will just start up a new box. I'm wondering if it got put in long term storage and they didn't check there. Hope you have a great trip anyways!

Was going to say the same thing. It's a pretty big box...has to be there somewhere! Given the shape & size of it, it probably gets things piled up on top of it pretty quickly. It'll turn up, I'm sure. Sometimes we have to be very persistent, even forceful, to make them find it. Maybe we should put one of those clapper/whistle things on it...like they have for keys!!

I was actually considering putting my dogs GPS collar that we aren't using in the box! I wonder if we can call and let them know we are still looking for it so that when it does turn up they don't think it was forgotten and throw it out.

Sorry I didn't post sooner! We got back from our trip on the 24th and then I was out sick for days. I caught some nasty bug and it really put me out.
Anyway, I wanted to let you know that I DID get the box!!
jeni1382 left it for me with Bell Service and I had no problems retrieving it.
I left it with Bell Service on the 24th for dnet who was arriving on the 25th. I hope she got it ok!
We left a bunch of water and some other stuff, including glow bracelets, so the box is VERY heavy. And it was quite full to begin with - cereal, ponchos, chips, sunscreen, etc.

We did have a great time. However, we started the vacation exhausted (from too much going on at home) and since WDW is not exactly restful, we are all home sick now recovering!
But we still had a great time while we were there!

Bell Services had no problem finding the box and when I was done with it I was able to put 100acrewoodsfan's room number on the box so she could get it directly. Lots of useful things in there, bowls, plates, dish soap, glow sticks, ponchos, even an organizer to go over the shower head.

We had a great trip! I'm ready to start planning the next one.

I cannot wait to get this box, for our THIRD time. We are starting to get super excited and have soooo much to do at home before we leave, I only hope we are not too exhausted when we get there. Hope everyone has been having a wonderful time at WDW and wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!

We are here now and have been back to check multiple times at both guest and luggage services and we can't find it. To the person who was here before us, can I ask, where did you drop it off?
