They are the "Enjoy the city" coupon book
Every school in our area sells them along with youth groups and other places ( dance, twirlers etc..)
They have them for major cities and counties and we end up buying 2,3, 4or more every year..
maybe your mom could call local schools to see where they may be having a fundraiser for the coupon books?
