I'm ready to order my tickets on-line, the 5 day adult tix with the free kids ticket. We have 3 adults, because my 11year old is considered an adult. We only need two kids tickets, but are eligible for 3 free tickets. Should I go ahead and get that ticket and then hand it to someone in line? Would they be able to use it? Not sure if you have to show ID or something, or if they'd have to enter with us?? I do know I have to print them there, so I couldn't mail them to anyone, it would have to be handed away there.

Just wondering if anyone had done this or what you think about it.
Thanks,
Katy :sunny:

Anyone have any opinions on this? We went to Six Flags once and a family had a free "bring a friend" coupon and one of my kids got in free by walking in with them. Just wondering if it would work here.
Thanks,

We did the kids free tickets last year. I don't know why it would not work to just give it to someone. You just go to a machine there and the machine prints out the tickets, what you do with them is up to you I would think. ;)

I was wondering if anyone knows whether you have to have a birth certificate to use the kid's tickets. I noticed on the website that it says if the child is over a certain height - can't remember the exact height but it wasn't that tall - that you have to have a birth certificate. I have a average height 9 year old who I remember thinking was over that height. Do I really have to have a birth certificate with me? Thanks.

we where never asked for a birth certificate, and never seen anyone else asked .

I remember seeing the height thing too, I think it was 48", both my 6yr old and 9yr old are way past that. I will bring birth certificates or passports just to be sure!

Regarding Kids Free Ticket Offer ONLY: If child is more then 52 inches tall, valid proof of age, such as a copy of their birth certificate, will need to be presented at the front gate of the theme parks.

You could print them out there and save the extra for next trip if expiration allows or mail to a friend once at home. Say a friend with 3 kids to 2 adults. Or 2 kids to 1 adult.

Warning: After a year USF/IOA cancels issued tickets and you have to go to ticket desk for reticket.
