Free Itinerary Planning

I would also be interested in an itinerary. June 7-12 in the parks, 6 day hoppers. June 7-8 at POFQ, June 9-13 at Poly, arriving in time to be in parks by noon on the 7th, departing after early character breakfast on the 13th. Myself, spouse, DD (9 yrs), DS (5.5 yrs). Thanks!

Unfortunately there was a much bigger response than I excected. I have had over 30 responses and I just don't have the time. I was hoping to do this as a hobby, but again I can't handle the huge response I have had. I don't want to impose on people and ask for a fee, besides that I realize I couldn't do that on these boards anyway. Again I am sorry, I will work on those I have already received but the response was overwhelming. I am currently trying to work with a travel agency to offer this, but you guys were great! I hope everyone has a wonderful vacation!

Hi: you are great for doing this --- we aren't going until July so no rush.

We arrive at the Orlando airport around 12:37 pm - we are staying for the 4 day land portion at the POFQ then on to the Wonder for 3 days at sea.

We are bringing our 8 year old granddaughter (turns 8 week before we leave) This is her very first trip. DH and I were at Epcot several years ago, but have not been to any other parks.

Any help or guidance you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I'm running around in circles.

We have been several times over the past 4 yrs. I'm a little worried about the crowds this time, considering it's the week before Easter. Any suggestions? It's me, DH, DD7- 3 nights onsite- ASMo and 4 nights Offsite.
Thanks

Im in the same boat. Can I just get a copy of Kristen'smoms?

It is Me, DW and DS6, 8 nights 9 days staying at French Quarter.

TYIA!!!!!

We could use some help too. I would like some advice on making the best of our time in the parks. We will be there 12/1-12/4/05. It will be myself, DH, DD (4), DBIL, DSIL and DNephew (4 1/2). We will be attending MVMCP on 12/1. I know this is a ways off, so, please take your time. TIA

thank you Amanda
can I offer a suggestion? maybe make up sample itineraries? maybe w/diff kids ages? onsite vs off-site? length of stay? diff times of yr?

Why don't you do some samples - 4 day, 5 day 7 day, etc - then do a young children (3-8) and preteens/teens then maybe ones with no kids - you can do busy times vs light times and seasons with special events -

It's not likely that people will follow personalized itineraries perfectly anyway, so a variety of samples would do the trick for lots of people -

then you have them on hand if anyone ever asks or if you ever are able to charge for planning

Once you do them you could post that they are ready and have people PM you or post them all at once and people can search for them -

I wanted to ask for your help but saw how quickly the requests added up -so I think these samples would be great! :earsboy:

Amanda - being that you have worked at the parks, I was wondering if I could ask you how you liked it? I have been a Disney Store C/M for almost 12 years and have often thought about moving to Florida to work at the parks directly. I figure now is the time to do it, I am young, single and don't have anything stopping me. Any advice you could offer would be much appreciated. :earsboy:

Also, I think that is so great of you to offer your time and assistance in planning intineraries. You must really miss working for the mouse. Just curiously, why did you leave?

Agotta.....we are leaving in a month also.....when are you sailing? We board the Wonder on 4/10!

Wow you guys!!! I have thought of doing samples, but the point of this was that it was personalized. I have templates that I use, but everyone's vacation is different.

I LOVED working in the parks. I would go back in a heartbeat. Much different then the stores, especially now!! The best thing about the parks is that it is all about the guests! I had so much fun and rarely remember a bad day at work.

Wow, what a generous offer! DH and I will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary in WDW Oct 15-23. We have a package with the dining option, staying at Coronado Springs. We will have a rental car. We are very interested in the Food and Wine Festival as Epcot is our favorite resort. We would also like to include one evening at PI. Dining will be a major focus as DH loves trying new restaurants. We aren't opposed to character dining, but it really has no special meaning for us.

Maybe you can edit your original post to state that you can no longer help as some probably haven't seen this post and have only seen your OP. Just a thought.

Ok guys, I can't do anymore, seriously this time. I posted earlier and said I can't and have gotten 5 or 6 more. I really love doing this but no more!! I will post again when I have gotten through the 35 or 40 that I already have.

I have to agree that if you came up with sample itineries that would give us all a general idea. :cool1: :flower:
