Hi Delmar. Once again thanks for running this swap. I know it has been a headache for you. I just want to make sure I understand everything correctly, since I have less than 2 weeks to go. There is a stroller currently in use by the swappers & another separate stroller that is being exchanged as a backup stroller. Is that correct? TIA.

There is 1 stroller currently in WDW. That's the only stroller at the moment. It is the new red stroller that has been down there about a month.

Just curious to see if you have heard back about the were abouts of the stroller that was sitting in fedex land? I hope they find it soon or are prepared to replace it.

It's a long boring story that ends with me pretty much telling Fed Ex that they were full of it and were lying about what was happening and I wanted the box delivered tomorrow no matter what. The box will be on my doorstep tomorrow and I spoke to the person who had their hands on it so I know it's been found for real this time. That was a few hours ago so I will check the new tracking number in a bit to give them a chance to get it moving out of the warehouse.

Glad its been found. It better show up tomorrow (not a threat at you - just the whole situation). I am slightly confused though - did it get 'lost' on it's way to you from WDW, or on it's way back from InStep? Just curious to know if it's already fixed.

It's a whole new stroller. They simply replaced the stroller and this is the one that was lost by Fed Ex.

I am signed up for October 30, through Nov. 5. I am looking forward to using the stroller. My children are older though so I wanted to see if the post on the previous page is correct about the weight limit?

Because my daughter is 57 lbs I would have to give up the stroller if the weight limit is 50 lbs.

Is the weight limit 75 lbs or 50 lbs?

It appears the weight limit is actually 50lbs per seat and a combined 100lbs. How much does your son weigh? Would it be 100lbs or less combined?

It's not been an issue for previous swappers and I know some of those children were over the 50lb mark and the seats haven't given us any troubles.

IMO it is really up to you whether you want to chance it or not.

I will be arriving at POR Oct.17-22...Please help, I have Very limited space and have been trying to avoid an expensive cargo carrier(the only way to transport my double stroller)

Our swap doesn't have those dates available. The list of open dates are in the very first post at the bottom. You might check with the Royal Carriage swap as they have 3 strollers that they are swapping at the moment.

Putting you on the list right now Tasha!

The stroller will push with just one child in it but it's not really designed to do that so just put a bag/backpack..something with weight, in the 2nd seat while pushing. It helps a lot. If there is no one in the stroller it needs to be tipped off the front wheel when pushing it as that will make the front wheel extra wobbly.

I currently have the stroller now, but I wanted to let you know the raincover & fan is also missing. I picked it up the same day the prior renter had it. I personally walked into the back of the Beach Club Bell Services to look for the fan & cover & did not find it. The only thing left was the other stroller handle. I do not know if someone else reported this also. I left a voicemail w/previous renter to see if she had left it with the bell hops but did not receive a reply. Sorry I couldn't let you know sooner. I will also PM you.

Sorry I didn't get back to you, we left WDW at vacationed at HHI. We just got home yesterday. There weren't any accessories when we picked it up at BC, just the stroller. We ended up not even using the stroller because it was too hard to get in and out of the room (too wide). I should have thought about that since my dd had an almost identical one last year and she left it in the hallway at BC CL during most of her stay. Since it wasn't our stroller I didn't feel comfortable leaving it in the hallway. We had it folded up and in the room the whole stay. When we got it from bell services it was only the stroller.
