Has anyone heard any rumors about free dinning being offered any time other then Aug/Sept. ??

Nope.It is only ever offered during those months.IF the economy continues to tank, disney may add more discounts or free dining at additional times.But as of now free dining is only during hurricaine months of mid Aug-Mid Sept
