Wait, we don't need a code?? Not that I don't trust you LorilieMarie, but are you absolutely positive that we don't need a code??? That would make my morning go so much easier if I don't have to be checking on here for a code before I head to work!!
That's because you were booking with the Disney Visa. For the people calling in the morning for the general public offer that do not have a Disney Visa, they will need a FD code to get the free dining discount on their package.I had the free dining plan in 2005,2006 and 2007. I booked online - just clicked on the free dining offer. This time for 2009, It was more complicated because we needed 5 rooms. I have DV, called Thursday and just said "I would like the free dining plan" No code.![]()
Anyone see that on the front page of the Disney website, it switched from "Last Chance: One Day Left" to "Last Chance: Four Days left"?
But the "book through" date is still the 29th.
....Why do they tease us!?!?
I was told by a CM that they are considered the age they are at check-in, so you will be fine.
You only need a one day ticket to qualify, but everyone has to be on the same plan for FD, so I'd just buy his food if it was me.......
I'm wondering if I purchase a one day ticket for everyone, then we would each get the free dining (DS included)... then I could just upgrade myself, hubby, and 2 DDs tix when we get there to a ten day. Can I do that? Since DS doesnt really need a ticket since he will be three after we check in? I'd rather spend under $100 for a one day ticket for him as opposed to $300 in food for two weeks for him.. if I can do that?
Oops, wait I typed a response then thought about it again. If he is two when you book the room he will not get free dining.
