Free Dining Watch 2009 - Dates Released!! Update post 1

What is a sea racer? And how much is the arcade card? :) sorry...maybe off topic...but it was brought up?! :confused3 :confused3

kind of like a little boat-ish jet ski.

And the card is 1/2 hour. I'm not sure how they do that.

RE: Disney Destinations - that's just Disney. And no one knows how to get on the "list" for pin codes, but signing up for the free video, signing up for the website, etc., etc. seems to increase your chances (but not for everyone.)

We've all wanted to get our hands on the magic formula to get Pin codes!!!
:rotfl:

I have reservations for the 1st of September through my DVC membership and we are also pass holders. We always buy the DDP for our stay and was wondering if anyone knew how I could get the free DDP with our Disney Rewards card.

Thanks for your help

Booked my free dining this morning (yippee). Now the hard part: We have 8 full days in the parks, booked 9 nights at Pop. I have my ADR list in mind (plan to be really flexible about times so hopefully we get the ones we want), but when I start trying to schedule what day in which park, whether to EMH or not, best days, most convenient park to restaurant (most of our ADRs are resort restaurants), my head really hurts. We are planning no water parks, so as to give us time to explore the 4 major theme parks without having to rush and possibly an afternoon at DTD. Our ADR picks are: Ohana(D-1st night), Sci-Fi (L or D), 1900 Pk Fare (D), Boma (D), Ohana (B), Chef Mickey (D), Le Cellier (D), Les Chefs (D), Akershus (D), Boma (B-OOP), and Crystal Palace (B-OOP) or Prime Time (L or D-OOP). We plan 2 days at MK, 2 days at Epcot, 1 day at DHS, 1 day at AK, and 1 afternoon at DTD, with the rest open for repeating faves or finishing things we didn't get to. We also want to see Wishes, Illuminations and Fantasmic, and possibly do MNSSHP. Whew - that's alot of planning. Does anybody have a good strategy for this? I don't even know where to begin?

Will the code for general public be the same as the Visa holders or will there be another code announced Monday morning!!!

I just called 5 mins ago. The CM said I was the first to call him today with the free dining promo.

I have 5 days in Pop, ,2 adults, 1 child, and 1 child who is now considered and adult, std room, 1 day passes $761. With FREE dining.

What a deal!

Anybody want to start a "support group" thread for us common folk who need to wait until Monday to book FD?:lmao:

I feel so excited/nervous right now and I don't want to feel like this for the next four days! UUUUGGGGHHHHHH!!!

COunt me in too... I have to wait till mid April to book

Wow, your I booked FD this morning too and your way ahead of me. I have to start making my list.

I'm sure if the code changes it won't be long until it's posted, and when it's general public it will also be on the disney website (I would think). They didn't even ask me if I had a code this morning, just if I had the visa.

Hi question about the FD now when you use a TS or CS do you get dessert or do you have to use your snack credit for that. Thanks

I just got the email from my travel agent. I got it too!!!

Excited is just NOT the word for how I'm feeling now!:cloud9::woohoo::yay:

There aren't enough smilies either...

For the counter service meal you get a drink, the meal (a burger and fries for example) and a dessert (usually like a little piece of pre-packaged cake, a cookie, or yogurt). For the table service you also get a drink, your entree and a dessert. The desserts are included in the TS and CS credit . You don't have to use you snack credit for dessert with your meals.

You can't get free dining unless you 1) book a 3 night stay at a Disney resort at rack rate (no discounted rates, and DVC point stays do not count) and 2) purchase at least a 1 day ticket per person as part of the vacation package.
So if you are staying on DVC points, no free dining.

Disney Visa holder here, got it today. Had a 40% PIN ressie room only and TA moved us to Free Dining! Yahoo!!!!!
