Disney's free dining specials, along with other specials such as "buy 4 nights, get 3 more free", are available only to cash paying guests.

You have to book a room/ticket package through WDTC/CRO. You can book the package to stay at a DVC resort but it will be full room rate. You cannot get it with the member cash rate through member services.

A reservation through Member Services (DVC) would not be part of a package. Therefor, no deals through DVC.

"Free" dining is only for cash paying Guests that pay full price for their room so it really isn't really free. Since DVC Members don't pay cash, so they don't qualify.
