I sent an email to my travel agent to inquire about the free dining that was just extended. She told me that the CM told her that PIN number we had on our file is already giving us the free dining. But we are travelling during "blackout dates". My question is this possible? Can I call Disney to confirm this myself or do I have to go to my agent? If this is true that my cost should be less now, can I find this out with out contacting my agent?
