Like the person who was voted out or not (I'm on the like side), that twist was horrible.
I know Fallon was trying to be funny, but it made me like him a little less.Like the person who was voted out or not (I'm on the like side), that twist was horrible.

There was always the risk of losing your vote. It's the result of not succeeding. Reading the result in front of the tribe was bad enough, but having your only vote cast upon yourself goes against Survivor rules.I know Fallon was trying to be funny, but it made me like him a little less.
I agree with @declansdad, though, too. They needed a switch up so not everyone would be so eager to go to exile this season.

I think he got the votes last night to try and flush out his idol. I agree he might go next with one person getting a couple votes (that they will tell him they are voting for) in case he plays and it's legit.Ah, poor Christian. What a twist. I like the chaos Emily brings. You never know what she might do. I do hope Ozzy can hang in there. Devens is pulling a Rizz, but they are going to figure out it's fake. I think he is going next.
Interesting episode with lots of twists.
Never saw Jeff competing - and honestly I expected him to do better.
Kinda sad Christian left, he brought great entertainment.
Exile was poised for whoever went to failto shake up the show.
Surprising that who we are left with I neither hate or love.
But if I were voting next would be Rizzo.
These people know nothing about him, they should be wary.![]()

I disagree (although I'm not trying to pick on your comment you're not the only one to say that). It's not the first time that particular challenge has been there.I also feel like the excursion was a set up to fail in the first place

Was it presented as a reward? I don't remember Jeff saying that, only that Joe had to pick a player to go on a journey and historically these journeys have a habit of being the opposite of rewarding, punitive normally (like losing a vote). If he completed the puzzle, was voting then and there without talking to his alliance or knowing how to best strategically cast his vote really a reward?
It would be a fantastic reward if he got two votes, one right there and then another back at camp. Harsh, harsh punishment. I hope they never make someone vote for themselves again. If he completed the puzzle, was voting then and there without talking to his alliance or knowing how to best strategically cast his vote really a reward?
Presumably, if you complete a puzzle before the time runs out, you receive something favorable. Was it presented as a reward?
