Free dining pin at swan/dolphin????

No Disney Dining Plan available (at all) if staying at Swan or Dolphin. Also, no charging to your room on room key.

No, because Swan & Dolphin are not Disney owned properties. Shades of Green also does not qualify for the dinining plan because it is not a Disney owned property either.
