You don't need a pin. Go to the Places to Stay tab and click on A Delicious Deal This Fall- Its Free! under featured items. Then check availability and it automatically includes the free dining, once you go through your tickets and dining.

After an hour and 8 minutes on hold- was just able to modify our reservation- will be at the Poly from 11/14-11/19 and got a 30% room only discount (which saved us more than the free dining)

So happy I didn't hang up!

We have saved up so long for this trip & it's our 1st vacation in about 3 years- today's discount just made it that much more special!
Thrilled to be going on our 1st disney vacation & spending my 40th b-day at the poly!

Need some help. I might be over thinking this a little! I have a reservation for POR RR in october already. I'm on hold to add FD but I can book with FD online right now. Do I stay on hold or book online and cancel my first reservation?

Whatever you're most comfortable with. If you're still seeing availability online, give it a few more minutes on hold

I am seeing that you have to book 6 nights to get the free dining, is that correct?

I see it says 6 nights on all the sites I've checked....I've always thought it had a shorter minimum, I noticed the booking window was quite a bit shorter too.

Hmmm.. I haven't received a confirmation email yet. Oh, will the worrying never cease???

Nothing has changed on my MDE profile. Then again, it never has displayed too many details. It was the link in my original reservation email that showed the detailed package breakdown.

Oh my gravy. I can't relax til I get that email. I will be shattered if, somehow, nothing truly went thru. My CM (Melissa) was amazed once she got in and was able to see my reservation (she had problems with it coming up for a second). The funniest thing is, I had my home phone up to my ear and my cell on speaker. The cell was the one that got thru. I picked it up (leaving the home phone going on hold just in case) and accidentally hit the mute button (unknowingly). I heard her say, "Uh oh...I don't hear you...Oh no.." and I was like "WAIT!! IT'S THE MUTE BUTTON!!" Ha....Oh wow. All this time I was consciously keeping away from the "end call" bar on my iphone and was almost done in by the mute button!!

I currently have reservations for POR but am worried there won't be any FD availability when I finally get through. I booked another reservation online at CBR and got the free dining offer with no problem. Just going to cancel original reservation when I can finally reach a person. Free dining for a family of four makes the switch a big WIN for us! Yay!

They always give that as an example. It's a minimum of 3 nights and 2 day tickets.

Well, I now have three packages booked! My original at Pop, CBR that I booked at 4:30am CST, and a new pop because I decided the 400 extra at CBR wasn't worth it. Been on hold for an hour, so I'm not going to hang up. Will just cancel 2 when the agent picks up. Really wish we could have a royal room, but we are going to disney world!

Question, I booked two new rooms since I could not get through on the phone. On my original reservation, I had already paid quite a bit more than my deposit. Once I call the cancel the first reservation, will they be able to apply what I had already paid to my new reservation?

I don't think so....they will have to refund it I believe.

I'm sorry .....I woke from a dead sleep last night and took my earrings off because they always mute my phone or dial LOL. Queue lines should be getting shorter though, so call back.....you may get right through.

ME! This would have been the first time I had the card when we were planning on going...one of the reasons I got the card. We are not planning on going back for many, many years so, yes I am disappointed.
