does anyone know how far trinidad south is from food court and pool?

My walk from Trinidad South to Old Port Royale (food court, main pool, marina, etc.) was about 7 minutes at a leisurely pace.

Last flight out of Atlantic City...kids have school that day, truck will be loaded and off we go when they get off the bus! They have NO clue we're going! Surprise and Happy Birthday to both of them!

We are currently booked at POR, in a river view room, with a request in for a mansion building. Staying 11/11 - 11/17.

If we cannot get free dining at POR, we have decided to "upgrade" to Wilderness Lodge. Our dates are firm. Flying with awards travel miles and have great ADRs. So while we'd love to save money, we may just end up paying the same amount as originally planned and be a boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom.

**I don't see how it could be for DV holders tomorrow considering that some of the overseas travel agents are showing a start date of August 1st as well. Have they ever done a 'bookings only open for DV holders and other countries' release?

**I hope dates aren't too off, we want to check in on the 29th of September which is just after the current FDing ends and don't really want to do room only then piggy back a FDing reservation because of our ADRs.

**Plan A keeping AOA Cars Suite and just changing dates
Plan B AOA Lion King
Plan C POP, any room
Plan D downgrade to QSDP and stay at AOA in September using the current FDing
Plan E Cabins

That is awesome!!! What a great surprise! My kids get out of school for three weeks starting that Friday. (Year round school) We are flying out on Sunday the 20th and then flying back into Charlotte NC that Friday for my sons LAX tourney.

We wanted to leave out of ACY but have to do PHL. With the luggage cost add-ons it just wasn't any savings for us.

Back up resort is hard I'm not sure if I should do pop with reg dining upgrade or move to CB? Guess I better figure it out before morning!

Usually within a few hours of them opening the phone line on the day the promo is released... that is what I have noticed anyway.

Just noticed an update on Disney Visa website too... they took off current FD promo that ended today for September reservations. Still doubt they will open to DV members first but just making an observation.

I hear ya! We are about 20 mins from PHL and maybe 30 from ACY (if I drive...vroom vroom) my hubby calls me cha-cha muldowney....

We priced out SW and they were about $200 more than spirit with the fees. Plus the parking is cheaper at ACY - if we flew from PHL we'd do rapid rover. For 4 RT tix with 4 bags (each way) $1040....more than we've EVER paid.
