Free Dining - how long has Disney been offering it?

I'm sure this has been asked before in one form or another, but I'm slightly sleep deprived and am having a hard time searching.

I saw the free dining dates for Oct. 2011-March 2012.

We want our next trip to be in that early part of December 2012. In December 2011, "our week" is in free dining, so I'm really hoping it will be for 2012 too. I know it's tough to speculate, but in the years Disney has been doing free dining, do their weeks for it pretty much stay the same? How long has Disney been doing free dining? I see trip reports for people who have used the promo a few times.

Disney has been doing FD for several years, but it was extended into December for the first time in 2009.

-Nov 28 - Dec 17, 2009
-Nov 27 - Dec 2 and Dec 10 - 21, 2010
-Nov 27 - Dec 3 and Dec 11-17, 2011
but as of 8/24/11 changed to Nov 26 - Dec 1 and Dec 10-15, 2011

The first full week in Dec 2010 and 2011 was/is excluded because it's Pop Warner week.
