Free Dining Fall 2015? (and a whole lot more)

My question is if we paid our trip off completely but paid on 3 different cards- 1 on Disney Visa, 1 debit card, and quite a few gift cards- Will they refund us on 1 card or refund the amount to each card used? I'm not sure how that works

Ahh, gotcha. They refund on the payment type used. So every card you would have paid with, will be refunded.

But,
When you call the reservation number... What do you personally choose.
Do you ask to speak to an agent, or do you say resort reservations? Do you say modify an existing reservation, make a new reservation, make a payment????
I guess I'm trying to figure out if it. Makes any difference on what you say as to how quickly you get thru???

The Disney visa promotion site isn't showing any new discounts

Although it was not offered today, by reports, DO NOT rely on that site. They never have it posted until I am already booked. This trip we are not using free dining, but I still enjoy following these threads and seeing everyone else get it.

Does Disney hold any rooms back for the public after the initial VISA offer goes out? I just feel like I don't stand a chance if there are so many VISA holders and days go by before GP gets the deal.

Don't worry too much. I have seen people get free dining up until a few days before the promotion was over. By then, pickings are certainly slimmer, but as long as you are a little flexible you should be fine.

The "great wait" continues! The cast member I spoke with said the Visa card site would be the first place I should see the offer. I had to hold back my laughter. They have never posted the offer before I had already booked the promo.

Oh goodness! Thankfully I kept all the gift cards we paid with but Kroger only had $25 gift cards and we paid about $2250 on gift cards

Yes. As long as you have the room already, adding a person won't change the offer.

I'm sooooooooo bummed...... the wait continues and the cm I spoke to was pretty tight lipoed....... my dh was laughing at my reactions as I was on my phone call..... I'm just so very excited to go and just wanna be sure we can do it!!!!!! Oh well, on to monday!!!!

I've seen two different numbers to call. Just wondering if it matters. Orlando by Joe says 407-939-7639. On Disney's site, for hotel reservations the number is 407-939-1936. Are there different prompts for these two?

Thanks to those who called. I hope it's next week as I need to get my reservation in before 8th May. We'll be in Disneyland Paris after then, and I really don't want to miss out on my 180+10 window.
