Free Dining ever offered in December?

Is free dining ever offered in December? We are planning a Dec 08 trip and I am just curious. We won't change our plans either way but I was hoping for a possible perk..

Both times the promotion has been offered, it was offered during the August/September timeframe.

I've seen resort discounts for December, but not any during the peak holiday periods of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Usually free dining is offered during "hurricane months" August/September

Here's what was offered for December last year (Dec 2006) - might give you an idea, though who knows what WDW will offer this year?

Check ins 10/1/06-12/23/06 package discounts for Disney Rewards Visa cardholders became available on 8/14/06, exp 9/30/06
Checks ins 10/1/06-12/23/06 Annual Passholder room-only rates became available on 8/16/06, exp 12/23/06
Check ins 10/1/06-12/23/06 Florida resident room-only rates became available on 8/16/06, exp 12/23/06
Check ins 10/1/06-12/23/06 package discounts for general public became available on 8/17/06, exp 9/30/06
Check ins 10/30/06-12/23/06 "available to anyone" room-only code became available on 9/28/06, exp 10/29/06
Check ins 11/1/06-12/23/06 package discounts for general public became available on 10/2/06, exp 10/31/06

I'd keep watching for deals, though probably nothing showing for December until around August or so....
