Free dining dates for Aug '11?

I already have my vacation booked, but I'm asking for a friend who may book a last minute vacation this month.

Can you still book free dining for Aug? If so, what are the dates you can book?

The current promotion with the Memory Book has a first check-in date of 8/28/11. Last year FD was offered for August dates as early as 8/19/11, but those had to be booked by 12/20/10.

Currently, check in dates prior to 8/28/11 don't have a FD promo.
