Guests who were staying in Disney resorts during the fall free dining dates this year between August 24 - October 24 could book the free dining bounceback for next fall 2009. The free dining offer will not come out in the U.S. for the general public until probably the first week of April.

Wow, I didn't realise it wasn't freely available in the US at the moment. I think things are slow here as well though, they are extending dates and offers, so they may end up bringing it forward. Especially as one of the largest tour operates who offered free dining has gone bankrupt, the prices have gone really high!
