To those of you who are worried that you haven't received your email confirmation yet, it took 28 hours after I booked for the email to arrive. So don't give up hope yet. And I booked the first day of the DV offer. I imagine things are even crazier with the GP offer.

Yup, I booked online yesterday at 5:45am and just got my email confirmation about 20 minutes ago.

I have been on hold for 4 hours to convert a Bounce Back to Free Dining. I was just put back on hold as she said the computers were down and there was no option but to hold. She said 4,5, and 6 hour holds were the normal today. I find that a little hard to believe. I feel forgotten.

Ok, somehow I have double reservations. I have no clue what happened? The site was being so glitchy (as everyone who gave up precious sleep to book is well aware )and did seem to freeze on the payment screen. In MDE I now have two bookings for the 6-13 of Sep, CSR--both the same amount due--same everything just different confirmation #'s. Odd. So I actually have a couple bookings to cancel! They are going to think I am looney. I *really* wish you could cancel online. Think of how much easier it would make life for everyone!

How long have people been on hold for cancellations today? been about 20 minutes for me so far but I have no clue if I am on the right number....407-934-7639. I think I must be more of a backwoods accented mumbler than I think. The automated lady NEVER knows what I am saying.

When I booked our trip for September, I specifically asked this question, because I had heard the rumor and didn't want that to be our experience. The CM I spoke with looked into it for me and said that AS Music's food court was refurbished last fall and that they were not scheduled for any additional upgrades or maintenance. I hope this is true! If you hear anything else, please let me know!!!

Ok, I have a question. I booked CBR for November 15-23 and then my DH came home from work this morning and told me he was able to get a couple of more days off. So, now we can go the 13-23. I called Disney and the only rooms left are the pirate rooms. At the time, I was thinking I would have to switch my entire reservation for pirate rooms but I saw others posting about split stays so am I able to add two days for the pirate room and keep the standard room for the rest of my trip? I would call and asked but I ws on hold forever earlier and I figured someone on here would know! Thanks!

I saw on the podcast where they said Disney changed the date from May 1 to May 2 just to prove YOU wrong. You rock, dude! You are living rent-free in the heads of billion dollar corporate planners.

We need more people in the world that stand up for the little guy. Disney has every right to maximize their profits. What you've done is leverage that so that hundreds of families can maximize their vacations.

You really should be wearing tights, or at least, spandex.

Thank you for your work and don't let anybody tear you down because of it.

Didn't prove me wrong. They surely know that the info I give is gathered from all around the internet. It's out there in different places, I just gather it all together.
