Got thru!!!!!! 2 hours and 34 minutes later. I am so darn happy, I couldn't even talk and forgot my phone number when she asked. Booked 6 nights at BC and 4 nights at CSR.

Will the room only discounts be available on the 7th as well? Is there a minimum night stay for the room only discounts? So, if someone wanted to use free dining at CSR for 5 nights then move to AKL and use room only for 2....would that be possible? Thanks!

Ok!! Finally done . Switched out BB from POR to FD at CSR, standard room 11/14-11/22. Saved $650 above and beyond the already reduced bounce back package we had booked (30% off). Don't get me wrong, we didn't get both discounts-we switched from the RO discount (BB) to FD and it was $650 cheaper!! Yay!!! Also, we upgraded our kids to being "adults" (aka 10) so they could eat off the adult menu, and it only cost another $40 total. Worth it!!

Good luck to everyone still waiting on hold. I was in queue for 2 hours and 5 minutes before anyone answered, and still got exactly what we wanted, so don't loose hope!

If they didn't call in right at 7AM the waits for TAs are very long I got my email from our TA at around 7:15AM. Just hang in there, I'm sure they are working on it and on hold! Good luck!

I've been keeping up with this board over the past 24 hours and while I am waiting for the GP offer, y'all make it all so exciting! Listening to you go through the wait time and anticipation makes it real for me. At the same time it makes me happy that the GP offer will be online... let's just hope the system doesn't crash that morning. Congratulations to all of you who got your dream trip booked yesterday and today!

As I've said this is our first time ever staying on-site and ever even having the option to be part of a free dining offer. So I'm really excited, this is like striking gold for me.

I may have missed it, but I did want to ask, what time does the GP offer go live on Wednesday? Is it midnight or sometime in the morning?

Also, since ASMo is excluded, what other value resorts would be good choices? Thinking POP but would like to have a back-up just in case.

Very sad if you didnt make your $200 deposit with your DV then today you have to make a $200 payment on it and i didnt have enough room on the card. i thought it was just a payment... (maybe $50?) so i wasted 2.5 hours and got NOTHING could cry right now...

Done!!! CSR preferred room 10/29 - 11/5 FD call wait time 2 hours 45 minutes.

Wish I could cheer you all on but I have been up all night and dont know if this is still only a dream!! Good Luck!!

after waiting for 2:45 I tried with my other phone and got in less than 5 min. Changed from PORS to CSR Dec 12 - 19 two Standard rooms, no preferred left. But I cant argue with saving 3k.

After an hour and a half (called right at 6 central), I got through and booked our room at CBR for September 21-26. I got done just in time to leave for work. So excited! Thanks Black and everyone else for all of your help.
