Congrats to everyone that got FD and good luck for those who are still on hold. I remember times that I called in to add the FD to my already existing reservation and wasn't on hold for more than 20 minutes. I guess those times have changed. I would love to be able to take a trip in the usual timeframe we go: the end of September and take advantage of this offer. But no trip at that time: being on disability since January takes a hit in your wallet. Hopefully I am able to go sometime in December or perhaps next spring.

Puts the wait (2 hrs 37 min) in perspective. Hope all goes well for you.

Well as usual I'll be there for the AYF National championships 12/5 - 12/13 and as soon as my work is done, I'll be enjoying frr dining with my DW and Niece an her DD. This will be one very looooong vacation.

My only question is why are those hotels excluded, mainly the AsMovies and PO-RS/FQ..

I'm a Disney Visa cardholder and have been waiting ANXIOUSLY for days for that code to come. When I woke up this morning and didn't see an e-mail with the code, I started to panic (especially when I saw that others on this board received their e-mails as early as last night). I called the number on the back of my card, and the woman I spoke to told me I should have received an e-mail directly from Disney. Looking to stay at CBR in November. How can I get the code????
Also...do I have to book directly through Disney to get the deal right now, or can I take the code to AAA and receive the discount?

You shouldn't need the code as long as you have your card in hand!

Woohoo! Got a Cars Suite at AoA for 11/15-11/22. My 3 year old daughter is going to flip. She told me she is going to marry Lightening Mcqueen and sleeps with her car everynight

You don't need the code. Just tell them you want to book with the Disney visa FD plan. That's what I did and it's done!

Finally! After 2 1/2 hours, I finally got through and booked 2 standard rooms at *** for Nov. 16-26! Now, back to hoping they open up POR or we may have to cancel some nights. I will say that last year POR did not have any availabilty right away. It took about a month of calling every couple of days for us to get it! Keep patient everyone! They may open it back up if everyone else cancels!

Are the free dining dates listed on the first post of this thread set in stone now? We check in on 11/9 so I was not originally expecting to be eligible for free dining since last year it didn't start until 11/11. Just worried about getting my hopes up and then my dates not being eligible.

No need to wait for an email. Call tell them you have a Disney Visa and would like to book a package with Free Dining. You will have to use you Disney Visa to pay the deposit. Now get on the phone!

My disney experience says MYW + dining and my email confirmation says Magic Your Way Dine-Visa

My total is correct, so that's all that really matters, even if it doesn't say free dining at the top, fingers crossed

Finally got through after dialing and re-dialing for an hour. Then it only took me 20 minutes to get through! Booked for Fri, Dec. 12 - Fri, Dec 18 at the CBR.

Good luck to all who are waiting. Hopefully my 20 minute wait means they are slowing down. Hang in there!

are you saying that if we book a mod resort and give that code we will get deluxe dining free?

no you get free reg dining and have to pay the upgrade fee of like $46 per adult per day for our 8day trip it was $746 for 2a/2k
