On hold for 1:26. I have been a magically good sport. Just starting to feel the first cracks in that disposition.

I had to hang up after being on hold for 65 minutes, as I didn't want to be any later to work than I already was. I'll have to try on my breaks.
I've never had to wait that long in the past!

I called back and got a different CM and was able to book Dec.

Good for you! Lets hope others get their stuff sorted soon too!

that code they have to enter to get free reg dining and upgrade to deluxe. The CM said you cant use the D365N if you want Deluxe its gotta be the D255F. That was me. She had to go find it

Yay!!!!! Finally at 1:53 mins on hold (with one dropped call in the mix) I got through and got what I wanted (other than POR). When she was confirming the payment with the DV I lost the call again (UGH!!!) but everything shows correctly in MDE. Just awaiting my email confirmation and payment on Chase account to be sure it went through just fine!

CSR sept 26-October 2 in a business class room (cabana 9B and concierge room)! Sooooo excited and we get to try a new resort!!!

When she was confirming the payment with the DV I lost the call again (UGH!!!) but everything shows correctly in MDE. 2 hrs 28min and still holding...i hit the choice to change res. Changing from FQ to CS or CBR, hopefully. Anyone know if they will let me change linked ressies even if they aren't mine? Or get them free dining, too? Willing to make a small payment on my disney visa for their ressies to make it happen if needed.

But you still have to pay for the upgrade correct?

Yes we did it was $746 but with 6 meals gonna be out of pocket at about $600 it made sense to cover all our dining

still here at 2 hours 18. Are we on the wrong line ? ugh

After hitting 2:10, I grabbed my wife's cell phone and called 407-934-7639. Different prompts (I was able to say agent and bypass some things this time), but I got a person on the phone in 10 minutes saying i was doing a new reservation. Somehow my original call at 7:00am got lost in the queue or was just low priority. Hope that helps.
