The bounceback pamphlet in your room will list the available resorts to choose from. Haven't booked a bounceback in quite a while so not sure if POFQ is usually included.

Thanks 2 years ago we stayed there and BB was but so was FD so we shall see...next time we should be upgrading to deluxe hopefully.

I'm staying at POFQ this September on a bounceback. No list of resorts; I just called the BB number and asked about POFQ.

I don't think I'll be getting much sleep tonight :lmao: still trying to figure out my back ups (I want to stay at so many of them! but being a family of 5 makes things harder)
Good luck everyone!

Hi :wave2: I'm new....well new to the DDP anyway.

I have always wanted to do it and the timing works perfect for us this year so we are planning on doing a grownup only trip. Hoping to get CSR sometime in September.

I am kind of having a mild anxiety attack aver trying to figure precisely where we will be each day (as far as parks go) so I don't end up running everyone around Disney property just for meals. I think there is an art to this that I havent figured out yet. Good luck to everyone!

Me! I'm up!:cool1:

Granted it is only 8:34pm here in Washington. I REALLY hope it comes up at midnight so I don't have to wake up at 3AM.

Would love to try AofA family suite and upgrade to Regular Dining Plan--suspect that would save you quite a bit over deluxe. If price were the same, would love to stay at the Contemporary (I believe you can sleep five in the garden rooms)
The AofA suites do look spacious as compared to a deluxe room. I have read that the food choices are not as good there, am leaning toward a deluxe that has quicker and easier (with a stroller) access to food. But with FD I will take what I can get, not long now!!!

I would go deluxe. Have you looked at the pricing for AKL or WL? The rooms are little smaller than some of the other deluxes but at leas the price is a little better :thumbsup2. We wanted to try POR this time but with the exclusion we'll probably go with AKL for September. We really love it there. Haven't stayed at WL but will be trying it in December. It gets good reviews too. WL has easier access to MK and the monorail so thats a plus for us.

Good luck!!

Yes, your right, i am swaying towards a deluxe because the food options are better and easier to access. I will also have a stroller for my 3 year old, so anything that makes life easier!! ;)
I haven't really considered AKL or WL, I will have a quick play with the numbers now, Thanks :thumbsup2

Hi and welcome! I think everyone has different strategies. I will share mine! I always try to plan to go to a park with EMH...preferable extra night hours. I also use Touring Plans to see what the crowds will be like in the parks, and always take that into consideration when I am choosing that days park. I do not always choose the least crowded due to other days plans. I will only do one rope drop per trip, so we will usually sleep in the other days so we can stay longer at the parks. I plan my ADR's around which park we will be in. I don't like to take too much time away from the parks, and prefer to eat there. There are so many wonderful choices at each one, especially if you haven't been before. After the first couple times, the park restaurants start to get a little "same old, same old". If you plan on doing a break in the afternoon, I would leave the park around noonish, and book an ADR around 4 or 5 at either Downtown Disney, or a resort, and then head back to the park. Chef Mickey's is always, always breakfast the day we leave. I will usually plan a resort restaurant on the day we are in Animal Kingdom because they close early, and it's so nice to experience the other resorts. I also try to plan a resort dinner the night we arrive. Don't usually do the park that day. We have always done Mods, but this trip we are trying a value, and it just seems like so much time to get out of the park and to either another park, or resort to eat.

Hey, fellow Washingtonian! I also am really hoping this is not a 3am wake up call. I'd probably book the wrong resort in the wrong month.

I am already planning my walk of shame to my bed when midnight hits and nothing happens. :rotfl2:
