I know the acronyms are confusing! AB stands for Alligator Bayuo rooms and are much closer to the main building and pool.... but oh well guess it was not for us!

Wife called... All set!
She said that her call was picked up immediately, so quickly that at first all she heard was typing so she gave a tentative hello and the rep was like "I'm so sorry, never heard the phone ring, I thought there was a problem with my keyboard".

She had everything done in less than 5 minutes. Quickest call we have ever had with them. Wife was very impressed with how friendly the rep was.

For what it is worth, we booked Pop (switching from AoA LM).
