I only laugh because I remember working call centers and what it's like when it's crazy. I feel for them.

BOOM! Free dining - DONE! 4 minutes and 44 seconds total phone call length. I did get a pretty unmagical agent though. She's like "this is the NEW reservation line" when I told her I was making a change to my reservation. Oh well. I look forward to seeing everyone else's success.
