No, no, no! This is totally unacceptable. Don't lose hope of a GP offer. Nearly every single date of the year has been offered something, even summer. You are going to have an amazing trip. I just know it!

Oh no, no, no!!! That's crazy talk! I called today too, and don't have a PIN either, but I believe it will be OK for us. As smitch mentioned, there are of deals that will likely still come out. Even if it isn't a PIN, there is still general public FD and room discounts very possible on the horizon.

Don't worry, maybe your pin is coming in the mail. There will be plenty of rooms for fd. It all depends on how bad do you want it. 1. Are you willing to switch to a different resort or category. 2. Are you willing to go for mod to value or maybe the other way around. 3 maybe do a room only start the pkg alittle later to get it. I guess it all depends on what each person/family wants or needs. I personally don't care what resort I'm at as long as it has a bed and a place to take a shower. Right now I'm at POR but am willing to switch to a different mod or value and upgrade if needed. It doesn't matter what resort your at. Each one is wonderful in its own way and your in disney so it doesn't matter. How often do you spend at the resort's anyway. With the way we plan are adrs, were eating more than were sleeping.

I have been so excited, hoping I would get a free dining pin for our December trip. I finally called today after following these boards for a while, and much to my amazement, we had one! Our trip is Dec 14-21. We had to make two reservations since the free dining is for Dec 15-22.

We originally thought we would stay with family in Kissimmee, but we all really wanted to stay on Disney property. I crunched the numbers and figured that we would only be spending about $500-1000 more to stay in a moderate if we could get the free dining plan. I am so excited that we will not have to worry about transportation, a rental car etc. Our kids are older, 17 and 20 so this will be an entirely different experience than our other trips in 05 and 07!

I had to make a quick decision about which resort to reserve so I chose Coronado Springs based on a coworkers comments about tons of little kids at the Caribbean Beach resort. Is this a good choice for teens? Now I get to figure out where we want to eat all these great meals!

Has anyone brought kids 17 and 20 to Mickeys Christmas party? Did they enjoy it?

YIPPEE!!! Very, Very Good News! Now go make those ADRs! Can't go wrong with any Disney Resort, really. You're kids will have an awesome time and Mickey's Christmas party is for everyone!

That is very true, I could have had that in the back of my mind too. Soo much information and not enough sleep...did I mention that my one year old has taken up not sleeping...can now climb out of his crib AND climb over the extra tall gate....

Well I sadly have a gut feeling even with a GP offer I won't be able to book at CSR.

Well since she is NOT at all a big thrill ride person it'll have to be space mountain... I'll trick her haha and she stated that if we could not get be our guest, and CRT for dinner we won't go. Luckily we got them! And CSR at first it was POFQ but we changed.

I don't think we would be up for switching unless we can get a good deal on a deluxe because between all the mods CSR and POFQ were are only choices. And we was going to do a R/O for nov. 9th-11th then package 11th-16th

10/18-10/31
11/11-11/23
11/30-12/4
12/15-12/22

I'm thinking this one might actually entice me do do a short trip. AoA LM rooms and villas excluded.

So I just got home from work and I checked the mail there was something from Disney destinations llc I was so excited I thought it was gonna be a fd pin, but it was my free custom park maps I ordered, I was so disappointed lol I should have still been happy because I love free stuff but I guess I love free food more.

I also got maps today. Wasn't what I was hoping for!

I received my maps on Saturday, and I opened my e mail after dinner and I had two, one for the video and one for the letterhead, I think I am about ready to give up, I can swing the trip but will have to eat the condiments and crackers for the week. lol.
