I hate when you can tell they have no time to be bothered.

Because its so horrible answering a quick question. I work at a call center being called to ask a quick question like that is amazing.

Edit: got a cm and could totally tell by name and zip code that I have no pin when there are two people in my zip code with the same name both with accounts.

I called today and asked if i had a pin. CM asked for my last name and zip code. She came back with a "no, no pin attached" so quick I had to wonder if she really looked

I wonder how often they see pins on the account and don't say anything. Like say I call to check under my name but don't check under my husbands, but they can see my husband has one. I wonder if they would say anything or say nothing and laugh an evil laugh when they hang up, ha!

Quick question. I have a room booked at POR, garden view, with free dining for myself and my two daughters. Now a friend is thinking that she would like to come with us. Since we're already booked and there is still space in our room, is it possible to add her to the reservation without loosing the free dining? I really don't want to loose the free dining if she decides that she does want to come. Thanks for any help. It's last minute if she decides but I wanted to know my options.

You know every time I talk to one they seem genuine and tAke their time...the last one even went as far as to say I see you've been here several times before...my comment actually no just once this past December which seemed to puzzle her

Wow, what a trip that would be, a real celebration! Just a couple things to think about, if they would be in the same room as you, do you have a room that can hold 5 people? Depending on where you are staying, some only can do 4 people. If it was me, and you have a room that can hold 5 people.... I would call Disney tomorrow and ask your question, without making any changes... and that way you know for sure. When are you going?

Today, my husband called as well. The cm was very helpful. At the end of the conversation, the cm asked my DH if I called earlier today.... It was notated. Eek! I've called around 6 times in the last week. Oh what the CM think when they see this!

The cm stated that there was something on the account that might be a pin code... Then he came back and said that there was a notation on the account that I called not a pin code.

That's just evil lol. That graduation lasted from 6 to 845!! Hot, humid, nasty. Blah. Went to the diner after and had chocolate ice cream. Nothing compared to what yours is of course. =) all that talk I had to cave haha

My DDs and myself are celebrating big birthdays, 50, 30 and 25. So this would just give us more to celebrate. We're going Sept 22- 30th. By then she should be back at work and that would mean she most likely be able to travel. If she can't make this trip, it's okay because we are planning a trip in the spring to New York City to celebrate. It would just be fun to have her there. Thanks for all your help.

We probably had the same cm. Next time I call in and get someone rude I'm gonna be put through to a supervisor there job is to be nice and magically not the other.

They do mark your account each time you call. A couple people here have said the cms have commented about how often they called. I have not talked to any of those cms yet. However, my dh called once and they barely asked him anything. He was off the phone in less than a minute. I don't even think they looked.

That's good!! When we go in Sept, the week before you, I'm celebrating 50 too! And me daughter is celebrating turning 25! It will also be my husband and my 3rd wedding anniversary.... and we celebrated our honeymoon at Disney! Enjoy your trip!
