So, a few more days it looks like.

So, based on your reply, it looks like they don't count the day of the order, Saturdays, or the day you got the reply back. That means today is the 10th day. It could take until the 22nd until the ship them out. I hope they don't take too long to receive after shipping. We leave for WDW in only 21 days. (14 more business days, 18 mail days.)

I send another email just now asking if mine had shipped since today is the 10th day. I sincerely hope we get them in time for our trip. I never imagined that something I ordered on 9-1-11 could possibly not be here 5 weeks later.

So far, there processing/shipping policy is not leaving me with a good feeling. I probably won't order anything from them again. In this day and age it shouldn't take 4 weeks, or more, to recieve an order placed online.

Hoping to read here soon that some of you have acutally received an email that yours are on their way. I will post here when I hear about mine. Fingers Crosssed!

If we don't get them in time for WDW we can still use them at DLR, but I really want to try them at WDW.

I ordered 8/29. The order is still listed as pending. Yet they managed to take the money out of my account (the extra $4 for the 4 bottles).

Here's the reply I got yesterday (note that yesterday was 9-16)

Your estimated ship date is from Sept. 16 to Sept. 22, therefore, you should have them by October in time for your Disney World vacation. Please let us know if you require further assistance.

Got this about 1:30 p.m. PST on the 16th. Since I didn't get a confirmation that my order was on its way I'm guessing it wasn't shipped yet.

Hope it ships faster than it processes. It will need to reach me within 6 mail days if we are to have it in time for our trip. I'm not hopeful.

Yep. I ordered Bobbles online, and they were here within 7 days--not business days, just 7 days. (I think it was a Wednesday order-next Wednesday delivery.) I didn't order special shipping on them either.

I ordered nametags from an online store for our cub scout leaders. Ordered them on the 8th, they were delivered today (17th). They had to be custom engraved, so I didn't expect them to get here before the end of the month.

I am just not impressed with this company at all.

Nope, nothing yet. But then they have assured me that it will ship between Sept. 16 and the 22nd. The 22nd is only 2 days away so I guess they are looking at a massive shipment on that day? I just checked the email I used for Savemore and all I am getting are offers from Savemore. Hope to hear that someone's has shipped, real soon. Then I'll believe I may get mine before we leave on the 7th.

Oh, and based on this experience I probably won't do any more deals from Savemore

None here either! My DD (8) said "You should have ordered red and green 'cause it looks like we won't get them until Christmas!" She has been checking the mail everyday! LOl! We are pretty spoiled with amazon's next day shipping!

I expect them to be slow shipping. This deal was posted a various websites, I imagine this company got more business in those few days then it did in the previous year.

I emailed this morning about my order, and got the same reply:

"Thanks for your inquiry. Your order was successfully completed on 9/1/11. It has been 12 business days at this time. Please allow 10-14 business days for shipping. Feel free to contact us with any further questions."

I was hoping for a "we've been backed up but yours should ship tomorrow" type answer. The fact that they are invoking their 10-14 business days so readily, even when we are already into that window, is not giving me a warm fuzzy.

Keep in mind these are probably shipped by a 3PL company. That means that the company we ordered from won't ship them but rather they are contracted with a 3rd party shipping company (this is where I work, a 3PL company, we ship for multiple other companies) so they have to send the orders to the 3PL company to be fulfilled. I do think this is quite the delay tho, at our company we ship within 48 hours of the orders being received. I hope we get them soon!!!

Me too! I just checked my account and no shipment yet. I guess they are going to ship them all out tomorrow, on the 14th business day. Lame!

I am guessing they got a bigger response than expected. I had something similar happen with a groupon for Lacy Bella. They said it would ship within 10 business days. I ordered on 8/11 and the items didn't arrive until 9/12 after contacting them several times. They even went as far as to create a label on the 10th business day and then not ship the item. They tried saying it was the post offices fault and it was a random error. Not when I know several people that ordered and they all had the same thing happen....Long story short , it might take a while but we will probably get them sooner or later.

Nothing for me....I sent them an email this morning asking what the status is. I never dreamed I might not get them in time for our October trip when I ordered on Sept 1! This is the absolute slowest processing and shipping times I've ever encountered.

Nothing here either. I too hope they arrive soon. We leave in 15 days It's too late for small birthday presents for my DD and DM (DD was 12 on 9-19, my DM is 72 today ) Let's just hope they make it before Christmas! I'm glad it was only $4 and not more. However, if they aren't sent soon I will dispute the charge. Mostly because the whole things just irritates me.

Just checked my account and is still shows pending. Now it's just after noon in Texas, right? So they only have 5 more hours to get them all shipped out. Hopefully they will ship them out after their lunch!

If they don't ship today, as promised, I will also be emailing the company, again.

I got this today, as well, but only after I wrote them and quoted the FTC regulations on shipping.

No more buying from Savemore or from waterbottle either.

Still waiting on mine also. Two weeks ago they said it would be 2 - 3 weeks. I will wait until next week before contacting them again. I agree with other Posters. Not sure I will go through savefore or waterbottle either.
