FREE Collapsible Water Bottle (these things rock!) Great for Disney

Ok, I've been trying to contact save more for over a week every time I call I'm on hold for 10 mins then goes to voicemail. Wtrbtzs says I have to go through savemore to get my refund. This is such a joke, a total scam. Placed my order with the first batch and still nothing in the mail.
 
What I had to do:
Email Savemore and Waterbottles.biz multiple times.
Sent them a link to the FTC regulations on shipping.

Filed a complaint with the FTC. (If they get enough complaints, they will investigate the companies.)
Sent them a copy of the complaint to the FTC.

Posted on their FB pages (all of which was quickly deleted, and I was "banned" from posting on them anymore--but it did get the word out to a lot of other people for a short time).

Looked up Savemore on Youtube, and emailed the tv station that did a story on them (again, enough people complain, maybe the tv station will investigate).

Got my refund for $4 (plus the $10 at SM which I will never use). Bottles sent over a month later.
 
I received two shipments of water bottles today - so 8 total bottles! I ordered back on September 1st and had long ago given up and had the money refunded to my credit card. These were the bottles that were supposedly shipped on 9/28. When I finally called to dispute the charge they told me they were cancelling the order and it would not be shipped - weird.
 

So still no contact with savemore not returning voicemails, emails or answering the phones. Sent wtrbtz another email and they said they have nothing to do it since savemore is the one that charged me. Called my bank today to file a dispute so we will see what happens. I don't even want the stupid bottles anymore!!!
 
Sent another email to WB following up on their email from 11-7 saying they were shipping that week and I still haven't gotten them.

Got a response from BBB. They are closing the file and marking it Unresolved. I guess at least that's one thing. But it's not much.

Day 90 and counting....
 
Does anyone have the email / contact information. I ordered back in September and still nothing.... it's a bit ridiculous now! :lmao:
 
Don't have mine either, and they told me they were reshipping in October.....I emailed them last week (11-23) and no response as yet....

Email is help@waterbottle.bz I haven't heard back from my Tuesday email yet. I'm sure they will tell me they have either been shipped or are being shipped. :confused3 Oh, and there is never a name on the emails. Good luck!

Savemore and WaterBottle are deleting posts on Facebook, and WB is blocking people who are complaining. On FB, there is a button on the left side of the screen, to report a page--if everyone who has gotten scammed by either company would report it as a scam, then FB willl take down their pages.

Don't bother filing with teh BBB. The BBB rates companies good or excellent if they receive a fee from them.


Thanks Jedana. I reported Savemore.com and Waterbottle.bz to Texas Dept Consumer Affairs Attorney General and to Facebooks as scams. My credit card company reversed my charge and I've unsubscribed to savemore.com
 
I filed a complaint with the BBB (for what it's worth) WB told them that they reshipped my order. I told BB that I hadn't received it yet. BBB emailed me back that they closed the file as Unresolved. Basically a waste of time unless someone checks with BBB before ordering. :confused3

So I got my bottles - actually got 2 sets - a couple of weeks ago alongside the watches. That was after emails, a call (left a message but nobody got back to me) and a BBB report.

Yesterday I got an "refund notification" email. So I guess I am getting my $4 back? They are so disorganized that they send double orders and refunds for some orders but completely ignore others :confused3
 
So I e-mailed them for the heck of it.. since I had placed my order on August 30th, and still hadn't gotten the bottles.

Took them 15 days :eek: to e-mail me back, and this is what they wrote...

Or maybe I'll get them just in time to give them to DD's for Easter, lol!!
 
I finally received my $4 credit back to my card after I filed a disputed charge. Never did hear back from savemore.
 
I ordered on Oct. 3. I received a confirmation of my order on Oct. 6. It is now Dec. 4th and no water bottles.
 
Haven't posted lately. It's now day 106 since I placed my order. I haven't heard back from WB since my last email sent on 11/29 nor have I received my order. What a crock!:headache:

Was supposed to have them in time for trip to WDW in early Oct. Now looks like I won't even have them in time for New Years!
 
Still no water bottles. If they ship Monday, as the email suggested, I will stick them under the tree or in a stocking. I doubt it though.

This is definitely a bizarre company!

I ended up getting a refund from my credit card company after disputing the charge about a month ago.

Then, about 2 weeks ago, I received 8 water bottles in the mail -- and I only ordered 4. :lmao: They sent out two different shipments for my one order that had already been disputed and refunded through Chase.

OMG....I got that SAME response on 12-14!!!!! I replied that I had been told TWICE that my order shipped but I still had no water bottles. I also said I was quite upset that people who ordered after me had their orders while I was still waiting for my original order. I also said since they were saying they could ship (again) next week I would wait and I asked them (again) to ship via UPS so I could TRACK the order...I think at this point it's a load of BS. Filing with the BBB does absolutely nothing. I ordered these for our trip to DL that was last week....ya, that didn't happen. lol At least I'm only out the $4.
 
Savemore is selling the bottles again!! I got the email today..... I didn't have any problems but considering a lot of other people's experiences; what a crock....... They are limiting it to one bottle per person, no multiple bottle orders and the window to order the "deal" has closed so maybe that's how they are trying to solve the problem; limit orders so there's less to mess up on their end. :confused3:rotfl2:
