It was reported a while back that LS was not giving claim tickets for Fridge Swaps any more.
I think some CMs still give them and some don't.
I think they just don't want to be held accountable if it is lost.
If the fridge has all the proper info on it, we should be fine.

hey everybody! The fridge worked great and it was so cute! My 15mo DS kept pointing to Nemo the entire time and would just smile.

Left all the proper info on the fridge box. We never used the coffee pot, but the inside of the fridge is starting to smell like coffee. Maybe someone who's getting Nemo in the next few weeks could take one of the Arm & Hammer stick up baking soda odor absorbers.

Heard from Tinkerbell63 and she left Nemo at LS for CarrieR. She did say that they did give her a claim ticket which they said they weren't doing anymore. So she is leaving it for CarrieR. Plus she said that she was having trouble keeping the temp regulated with Nemo. Everything would freeze. Hopefully with a few days in LS to full defrost, he will be fine.

It was mostly if you put things right under the freezer compartment
or way in the back on the little shelf.
We turned it down some and it worked better.
We had it really packed with stuff.
I think it worked better when it was less full as the week went on.
I'm sure a few days rest will be good.
Hopefully the box won't get trashed from all the water coming out.

When we had Nemo, same thing happened if you put stuff under the freezer compartment but otherwise worked ok. The box was still in good condition to hopefully still is.
