Free Apple Scooter Stroller Rental

We have an issue with our stroller. While it was delivered on time, one side if our Citi mini double has an issue with the cardboard that serves as the backing. It will not stay in place - keeps riding up so our younger daughter just stuck slumped in her seat. I called tonight after my husband tried multiple times to get it into place, but every time it goes out of place. They should be giving us a replacement tomorrow.

Got our replacement today. They brought it to Animal Kingdom because that's where we went this morning. No issues with the replacement. My younger daughter can now be in a comfortable position for her nap now.
 
We used them and were pleased. They list hours for dropping off starting at 8AM. I requested they get it to my hotel by 7AM and they had no problems doing that! It does not come with a small cooler or rain cover, but we had our own cooler and ponchos.

The City Mini double stroller was clean, and service was good. Totally worth it for that deal they are offering!

What colors do these strollers come in and do they let you special request if you have a preference?
 

I just got back and I had no problems with my rental. My city mini was clean and worked great. I would definitely use them again.:lovestruc

We're renting from them (also booked a scooter) and our trip is next Monday-Saturday. I'll be happy to leave a review when we return. I've had good service from them through the booking, so I don't foresee any issues!

I'm also bringing our own stroller cover and cooler. It was cheaper to buy these things and keep them than to rent from the other stroller companies!
 
Does anyone know how long this deal is good for? I am looking to rent one for my trip in September.
 
Just booked one for my September trip. Can't beat $31.95 for 6 days and the convenience of not having to take it through the airport!

I was wondering the same thing! Also, will bell service keep it for you if they drop it off before you arrive?

When you book there is an option for where you want them to drop it off and pick it up. I said consierge desk. Others have said they will just hold it for you.

There wasn't an option to request color. I have heard others say that they use the orange and gray colored ones.

When we left, all we had to do was return it back to bell services. I called because our travel plans changed and we wanted to drop it off later, There was no problem and no additional charge.

While I left my CC when I made the reservation, I was not charged until after I dropped of my rented stroller. I think the actual date of the charge was the next day after the return.

The accompanying tag had my name and the rental company on it so even though they are the same type and color of stroller of the other companies, it was easy to find "our' stroller.

I would use them again.

I was charged after the trip for the $31.95 only (6 days, double). We brought our own console and didn't need a rain cover so it was just for the stroller but everything was great and I would DEFINITELY rent from them again. Ours was also orange/gray. I found them to be great with communication and everything was easy peasy, great deal!

Thank you iheartjuppy and 6disneykids for the information. We will be using them for the first time in August so I am glad to hear you both had positive experiences.
 
I also took advantage of the free rental, not knowing how our 5 y.o. DGS would handle all the walking at the parks. I figured it was worth the cost of the insurance to have it available in case we needed it.

DD was not enthused about using the stroller, and after seeing the sea of strollers at the parks, I too, was glad we opted to leave it at the cabin.

BUT the rental itself was great. It was waiting for us at the check-in area of the Ft., and we returned it to the same area on our last day. The stroller was exactly as advertised, and while we ended up not using it, it was nice to know it was there, "just in case". Apple was great to work with. Do not hesitate to take advantage of this great offer!
 
Happy to report we had a great experience.

Our rental was at bell services and we left it with them for pick up. Our stroller was all black and cleaned with dreft as the tag stated. We made sure to tie an odd color bandanna so we could spot it. We were charge in advance, about a month early, for our rental.
