If you have a PayPal account, google "PayPal Test Drive" for the info. You don't need to supply anything more than the email attached to your PayPal account. The $5 will go into your PayPal account within a week and you will be able to use it anywhere that PayPal is accepted.

ETA: After reading the T&C, it appears that the $5 can only be applied at stores that accept PayPal "coupons", whatever those are. From the T&C:

This PayPal coupon is non-transferable and valid for a single purchase from select merchants who accept coupons from PayPal. Coupon expires September 30th, 2014.​

Thanks, I signed up for it yesterday from another site I had seen it on. Have you received the email yet? My pp is a spammy email account and I rarely check it. I assume we have to go through our email to use it not directly through pp?
