Anyone have any ideas? I tried looking in the help section, but didn't find anything. I haven't even loaded any pics in...this is what I get after I select the book color etc.

Same message from last night! Just hit Refresh or Reload, or what I did was just go Back, then click whatever I clicked before. Worked every time!

did anyone else have problems after you clicked to start your book on the loading page. The progress bar shows a little progress then stops, and the keeps looking like it's thinking, but nothing happens...

My progress bar would do that, then give me an error message. I would hit Back, click again, and it would go normally.

The site keeps kicking me off. The page says checking for software and then tries to refresh the page and then I get kicked off. Anybody else having this happen?

I made the book and ordered it with the code and I also like the final product. However, it was such a labored experience. The server on this site is incredibly slow. I honestly don't think that I will ever make another book with this site (unless they make significant improvements that allow you to make a photobook within a reasonable amount of time).

Thank you for posting this code! I just finished my free photobook and am anxious to see it. The site was slow, but I did like the choices for layout, editing. Hopefully, they can speed things up.

FWIW, when they aren't inviting 25,000 people to come do a free photobook, it works pretty well. Someone said an employee there said half the codes were done, which means that inside of 24 hours, 12,500 people were working on their books. That's probably NOT their normal site traffic...

I really wouldn't judge their performance based on how the site is behaving right now.

And wasn't shutterfly just horrible when Oprah had her own free photobook code up?

Thanks so much. We just got back from Discovery Cove and have amazing pictures. I made a book and then used my mom's home address/credit card and my brothers... so have three copies of the book coming!!! Thank you, Thank you!!

If you select the pay pal option it does not ask you for any information and all you need is a different email/phone number. I made 4 coming to the same address used pay pal option and just put a different email/phone number. Gparents are taken care of for xmas! The great thing is I mae these books for them eevry year so they expect them! I got a good deal this year!

Just so you know...customer service just told me they are having to work on the site right now, and that is why I keep getting that message. She said to try back "periodicaly".

How can you make more than 1 book and still get the discount? I try to make one book for me and one for my in-law in different transaction but the site won't let me because I have used the discount code already for one book. It is too much trouble to download picture to another account and make the book again.

You send it to someone to share via email..... then click that link, make sure you are logged out of the top... then create a new user account..... so just use a different email address and such.

I try that but did not work. I send a email to my brother to share the album. but when he clinks on the link, the website connect to my photobook in my account. Help.

I just finished mine and the code went through fine. Much less stressing about finally scrapbooking those Disney pictures.

WOW!! I just spent 7 hours making my photobook, crossing my fingers the code would work...and IT DID! I was able to order 3 of them (one for each household member with an email & cell phone). It is perfect. I just saved $150 on Christmas presents. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
