I just finished after FOUR hours working on this book and this is what happened when I try to check out!!!

but I kept hitting the next button. After getting the same exceeded message multiple times, on my 5th try, this sounds totally crazy, but it let me through to the next screen and it processed my order! Wow, but yay! I even already got an email confirmation for my free order.

This wasn't my idea. I went to bonniehunt.com and was reading all the comments people left and the one on the top said to just keep trying and it'll go through, and by golly, I tried it and it worked!

Good luck to you guys! Just like many others, it took FOREVER and a half for my 68 pictures to upload (went to took DS to taekwondo class, came back and it was STILL uploading), and then the website was being crazy and slow, etc., etc...

I'm going to sleep now...

I just got through and was able to place my free order, too! Keep trying!!!!

Just put my order through and it was a go. I gave them my billing info and it worked out to a zero balance... so cool thanks

It just worked for me as well! That was the quickest photo book I have ever put together though! I was trying to get through it as quickly as possible hoping the code would work! Keep trying!!!

Wow just worked for me. Took me ages; my mac/safari doesn't play well with their site as a rule. So excited!

Try again this morning- it did that to me last night and I gave up and went to bed. I tried first thing this morning and it worked just fine!

I just did mine this morning. I loaded all the picts. last night, went through and did my order and it went through and was free! Gotta love a deal like this! Good luck to the rest of you, hopefully they'll have a bunch of free ones this morning.

I have a lot of problem uploading picture today. I chose my pictures, tried to upload 3 times. the web site said it was completed each time but the album has either 1 picture or 0 picture. Anybody else has similar problem? it is driving me nut.

Yes, it took a couple of tries. My book is done, but when I hit preview and order - my book only shows only a few photos, not the complete book! Very frustrating!

I called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes but was glad in the end. I had the problem of pictures missing while viewing the "preview" of my book. the cs rep made a quick "copy" of my book that I could access right next to my copy in the my photoworks section. He said for some reason if they make a copy it tends to work better. I quickly reviewed and ordered it as all of the pictures appeared in his copy. It was worth the phone call because I had been stewing over this since 6am this morning.

He also said that approx half the free books had been ordered already. wow.

Just go to the Photoworks site and they have it on their main page. After trying numerous times yesterday and today I was finally able to complete a book. This site is much more difficult than the Kodak Gallery but free is free

If it's the whole site that's one thing, but if it just says that YOUR book/account is having difficulties, go back and click again. I went through that a million times last night.

The site is working really well right now. I just ordered a copy for my parents as a Christmas present. And if you select PayPal as your payment method you don't even have to enter anything or log in to paypal at all

I did it! It worked! I had problems with the site last night, but was able to do it today. I just completed it and ordered it with the coupon code, and the total was $0! Still had to input my credit card though, but it won't be charged... Thanks!!!!

Anyone have any ideas? I tried looking in the help section, but didn't find anything. I haven't even loaded any pics in...this is what I get after I select the book color etc.
