To make slickdeals even more slick, sign up for alerts. I have never gotten spam from them and they email me when something that I want shows up. You can customize the alerts. I am going to buy a tablet but I was getting 10 emails a day. So I added the filter only 5 thumbs up or whatever the highest rating is and boom! Only about 1 email a day!

Also, slickdeals people are very serious about bargains. Be careful if you post something, if it is not accurate or descriptive enough or already been posted, these people become ruthless!

I search in the hotdeals section, 2 ways, rating and thread start date. That way you get the new deals and the best ones.

But you can give people 'cred' for good posts, and that is fun.

CheapCheap is nice because it is concise.
