Hey, could we do a new thread every week or so? I just can't sift through all of this!
Dawn
Its just an ongoing chat. You dont miss anything here so its best just to pick up at the end and read the last page or two...
Yes, you should probably keep that excitement to yourself...you would not want to send the wrong message to your family about laundry day!Good freap day here. I got Basic soap, Nivea hand cream and Curel! I also got more laundry detergent over the weekend. I can't believe I get excited over detergent.

OMG! Is this the slowest Monday ever? Where is everyone!?
What do you mean you have a life!!???![]()
.what more could a girl ask for?Oh my gosh, your poor baby! Poor MOM! Does little one have a fever with tummy ache? Or just tired?Oh yes, I have a BIG life. I took the boys to "Golden Corral" (DH calls it the trough) for dinner..DS7 had a stomache ache during dinner, fell asleep in the car, and puked when he got home..out of the car thankfully....oh yeah, I think I saw Paula Deen's husband, Michael there..I'm pretty sure it was him, although for the life of me I can't figure out why he would be at the "Trough", when he could have something from one of the many "Deen" family restaurants they have to chose from. He looks like Ernest Hemmingway. all this and six pages of juice coupons..what more could a girl ask for?

We like Golden Corral (they have one in one of the other towns in the state so we eat there when we travel) and I agree "the trough" is a good name for it.
I have seen her husband on tv...I agree he looks like Hemmingway. But, maybe he just wanted something different for dinner tonight.![]()
I am so excited about these-- especially since I almost bought a pair at Coldwater Creek last week. I had given up on the 'sample' pair coming OK, y'all...kids have stopped puking and coughing, time for popcorn for mommy...night all.............![]()
and there is no meds that help. But I still make her talk cough meds at night so she can get a little sleep . We are going on week 2
. Any way I hope tomorrow is better for your little ones..
Admittedly....you had a more excite day than I did today! I hope everyone is feeling better soon, too.Poor Mom..I'm terrible...I gave him a plastic grocery bag when we left Golden Corrall and told him to puke in there if he was going to do it..He fell asleep pretty quick, said he felt better once he puked...I didn't get a chance to check for fever. He is still taking the antibiotic for possible strep a week ago. DS9 is now coughing up a storm, took him in yesterday-no strep, no ear infection, no fever, but he won't take any cough syrup..Tomorrow, I pour it down his throat.
Michael wasn't actually eating, he was standing with a really old veteran who was collecting money at the exit. I stopped to give him a couple of dollars, maybe it was Michael's father.. He had a shirt with something embroidered on the pocket about boating excursions, I think I read his business is something about boating. I don't know, I was going to ask, then I thought..why?

I hope they feel better tomorrow. I sure hope your little one with the cough doesn't have what my DD10 Has. The doctor said that its a new seasonal allergy cough and it could last up to 3 weeksand there is no meds that help. But I still make her talk cough meds at night so she can get a little sleep . We are going on week 2
