Yeah! I FINALLY FINALLY got my Hanes underwear. I normally wear a size 7, but for some reason I got the size 5 and it fits perfectly! I love the fuschia color too. These are magic underwear! And I thought free was great, but these allow me to imagine I'm two sizes smaller! Woo Hoo!

Uh oh, I ordered a size 7 and I threw mine in the laundry to wash when it came. I haven't tried mine on yet. I hope they are gonna fit! I'd hate to miss this freebie 'cause I asked for the wrong size!

The hard thing is if someone ask a question on the freebie thread about a freebie then its hard to come here to find an answer . I pretty much only go to 2 thread on the dis on a regular basis . When ever I ahve a few extra mins I will go to the main budget board and look around but honestly thats not normal for me . I would hate to see all the questions and answers not be on the freebie thread . I can understand the mailbox thing be some place eles but agian its just hard to jump threads .

As far as the OB tampons, I've always wondered who uses those things and exactly how it's supposed to work.

I agree....that's how I find out about some great freebies that I may have missed is reading what everyone else got in the mail while scrolling through the freebies. I have mixed feelings. I know it takes a lot of room on the freebie list to chat but I enjoy it being all in one place...that's my two cents

This is a great idea!!! I've just had to slog thru 100+ pages to get caught up, I've been out of the loop for 3 weeks! How dare my work get so busy that I can't get online!
I must thank you all for all the hard work! I got caught up on some great stuff!! My kids are really getting to be freaps-to-be too! My 7 yr. old brought home 2 coke caps from the day care the other day!! My oldest just cashed out for the first time on Kidzeyes. I can't believe all the great websites you all have directed me to, over the past year. My wallet thanks you a billion! welcome to all the new freaps and lurkers who have come out of the shadows!

In January, I told my DH that I wanted to take the kids to WDW before my oldest turned 10 in Nov. so that the days he has left on his ticket wouldn't go bad.
Anyway, DH said we couldn't go UNLESS I paid for it for free or won it.
Ok, well a challenge is big for me. So, at the end of June, I sat him down and showed him a TOTALLY free trip.

gas cards from mypoints
restaurant cards from rewardtv
hilton points for hotel there and back. (some gotten from e-rewards and other)
disney gc and mastercard freebies to pay for onsite (gifts, and surveys, and other)
disney dollars from sunshinerewards
Universal and AMC tickets from mycokerewards
a whole box of freebies to pack with us (travel size toothpaste, deodorant, lanyards, water bottles, etc.)
and a little stowed away cash to finish up.
I even had walgreens, and walmart cards for emergency items.
And 2 rolls of pennies for the kids to smash in the penny machines.

I was determined to show him that I could!! and I did. It shocked DH!
He knew I was good, but didn't think I could really do totally free.
Well, in the meantime, DH has not saved up enough vacation days.
So it looks like we will be going next year.
I absolutely can't stand the wait. I thought about leaving DH at home!

I've since confirmed with WDW that my Ds ticket will not "go bad" nor will they charge me any more money for him to swap to an adult ticket.

well, back to this chat -

the one I like the best - MP3 pen that I sent to a pastor in a country that doesn't allow church, so he could download scripture and hide it
wal-mart always comes and fast! and 41414 gives me an endless supply of teachers treasure box items.
the only ones I didn't like - the one that never showed up!
All my freebies find homes, even if I can't use them. (family or charities)
The ones I like alot, I sign my mom up for too. She always says that she knows when her mailbox is full, that I've been online too much. I sent her the post-menopause kit. Hee Hee.

I've always been weirded out by the o.b. tampons. Kind of horrified by them, actually. I got the sample last week and just put them in the bathroom thinking that I would never use them.

Yesterday, I ran out of my normal brand and had no other choice but to use them. I think I may be a convert They're not as bad as I thought they would be, and I think they stay in place better than my normal brand.

I am new to this. But I have enjoyed getting my free samples in the mail.
I have signed up for so many things, I can't remember all of them. What happens if you sign up twice for the same free sample;will they still send you the sample or void your address. Only one site would not let me sign up saying I had already done it.

Past weeks booty in my PO box. The notables were Contour Blood Glucose Meter; One Touch Mini GLucose Meter Kit; Glucerna coupons; soyjoy bar (EWWW NASTY!!!!), and the Marlboro Weber Grill Seasonings - 3 full size jars of seasonings and 5 or 6 full size marinade packets, with a S&P shaker and a basting brush.
I went to the store today and used the Glucerna coupons, I have to say I was impressed with the shakes. They taste pretty good. Not sure I'd buy them at over $10 a pack. I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia last year and follow a diabetics diet. I know someone else on the freebie thread beat me to this, and I don't mean to steal their thunder, but if anyone has glucerna shake coupons they wont use, I'd would. I use them as a breakfast shake.

I agree with Alesia, sorry for the TMI but I used to be grossed out by the idea of using an applicator free tampon but I will not buy anything else now. They were created by a woman doctor for women and I think it's the best fit and absorbs great, not in spots like some do.... sorry for the graphic detail but an informed woman is a smart woman!!! I just try not to think about it

Okay, I know I just started being a freap last week, but I can't wait to start getting my freebies.

I will be leaving for WDW next week, and hopefully by the time I get back, I will have something waiting for me in my mailbox!

I'm mostly saving my freebies for our upcoming trip. It's great... So far.. I have 3 DVDs for the DKS to watch on the road, stickers, games, and activity and coloring books, a few snacks to try..slim jim, popcorn, snack bars and cereal. A side dish(Knorr) to use with dinner at the condo, We have shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, feminine paper products, toothpaste, moisturizers, bodywash, a few beauty treats for me to try out, aftershave for DH, plenty of deteregent and fabric softner for the condo, clorox wipes to wipe down the counters and sinks at our condo, a pin for the lanyard(not disney but little league baseball)a t-shirt for Dh, and 3 pairs of socks today for DS10, and a calculator to add up all the savings!!

Any excess freebies that we aren't able to use will be donated to a local charity that works with the homeless. I would suggest donating any items you don't use to homeless shelters in your area.

Well, after washing and drying the purple Hanes, size 7, they are still a little big (could have gone with a size 6) but very soft and comfy. Did anyone else get the Honda Little League Baseball 2007 pin? I haven't heard anyone else mention it and it is really cute. I collect all sorts of pins so that was a nice addition.

I am totally a freap now I get so excited to open my mailbox now! Today i got the ziploc bag samples (great for the upcoming trip), maybelline sample, walmart toothpaste sample, jiffy cookbook which i don't even remember signing up for. Wonder what tomorrow will bring ! I have so much packed away now just from samples of toothpaste and lotions etc.

Hi everyone!

I am in love with freebies. Yesterday my sister was with me when I picked up my mail. The box was crammed FULL of two samples of Dove deodorant , socks, clorox wipes, playtex sport, two calculators (I keep getting doubles of things!), parchment paper, and tide/downy/bounce samples. She was in awe of my freebie skills.


I got the army messenger bag, but haven't gotten a single recruiter bothering me yet. I hope it stays that way (mainly because now I'm waiting for a marine water pack to arrive!).
