My wife and I have been to Disney World many times in the past but this time we thought we would take our Class B and camp at FW for a change. Unfortunatley we got caught in the snow storm on Saturday in PA and got rear ended and pushed into a semi by a pickup truck pulling a 5th wheeler. Luckily no one was seriously hurt but it took us until today to get the van driveable and limp back to Canada. Maybe we will try again in the spring.
Thank goodness the people in the pickup had their seatbelts on since it looks their truck is a write off.

I am so glad to hear no one was hurt. And I am so sorry for what happened.
We don't get much snow here in Middle Tennessee, but I know first hand how dangerous how dangerous snow and ice can be.

That stinks, glad everyone is okay. I hope you get to The Fort soon.

Sorry to hear that. Glad everyone is OK. Hope you get back to the fort soon.

Wow Mustang, that must have been scary. :scared1:

Glad you are safe. Sorry you won't make it to the Fort this year.

When I was a college student my little econo-car got tagged by an RV on I-75 west of Knoxville on the Sunday of the Bama-Tennessee game. I was driving.

The car was totalled, I was sober, but we were all safe because I insisted that all my passengers use a seat belt. Sliding down the middle concrete wall facing backwards was like watching my life go by in slow motion. Seat belts saved us and I am a big believer in them.

Fort or bust next year! :woohoo:

Wow, I'm so glad nobody was hurt! I'm sure there is a wonderful trip to the Fort in your future!

So sorry to hear about this, but glad to hear that everyone walked away. My understanding is that Disney is pretty good about letting folks cancel/reschedule things, so hopefully you didn't take a financial hit as well?

Good luck for an attempt in the Spring.

Very sorry this happened to you and glad no one was hurt. We were SO glad that our trip from FL back to Maine was the weekend prior to that freaky snowstorm we had. Who would have thought snow would have been an issue travelling in October?
