Francilien AP - Can someone else buy it for you?

A question regarding the Francilien AP,
my brother live in Paris while I am out of france. Can he buy me the Francilien AP in advance and I will pick it when I come to the park (to avoid the 2 day restriction rule)? What about the pic on the AP? can I send a scanned pic? or, can we get a proof of buying (temp AP) and then take the pic in the park?

You can buy it through post order. I aksed for the AP-brochure (it only exists in French I think, and in the back was an order form). You just send a picture with it.

However: I think you have to be there in person to "validate" your AP for the first time, and the two days following on the validation, you can't use the Francilien.
My brother and I will go some weekend before our three-day trip, just to buy the AP, get it validated (and I hope we'll find a way to validat my mom's) and just go shopping the next day

and one more question, i read in the DLRP practical guide that Fabtasy AP: "Park Passports
1 Day Park Passes for Friends
10% Reduction all year"

is this mean i can get 1 day 1 park pass free and 10% on other tickets? so if we a family of 2 adults 2 kids (8,4), if 1 buy the Fantasy AP the others get 10% of tickets?

Yes as Sandra says you need to be there in person .

No you do not get passes free. You are able to get 1 day passes (up to 5) at a 10% reduction of the gate prices So you could therefore get the other adult and 2 childrens tickets each day at a 10% reduction.
