How does the dining plan work with the France CS?

I have no idea but do you mean the pastry shop in France? Otherwise, there isn't any counter service place in France. That might be confusing some people.

For a CS credit you get one savory item (sandwich, etc) and one sweet item (pastry) and a drink

In October (DDP 2007 - I don't know if there are any changes for 2008), we had a Ham and Cheese sandwich, and a Ham and Cheese Croissant. For dessert we had Chocolate Mousse and an Eclair. We each had a drink as well.
It was a delicious and filling lunch. We needed to explain to the the CM's what we were trying to do on the Dining Plan. They did seem confused by the Dining Plan.

I agree, they do sometimes seem confused. It is much better now, than it was a couple of years ago. CM's seem to have no clue what was going on.
