FP+ with Parent Swap?

I just did my FP+. I have a 3yo who won't be tall enough for some of the stuff I booked, and a 9yo who won't want to go on Dumbo. Can we switch bracelets and use each other's? And how does it work with PS, ie if we have 3 kids but only 2 can ride, can we FP+ then PS and basically do it twice? Is PS still a piece of paper that can be used the rest of the day in case my 3yo needs a potty break?
