FP Strategy for HS

Our window opens up Thursday so I'm trying to get my plan together for what I'd like to book. We are 2 adults (only one does most thrill rides) a 6 year old boy who loves thrill rides and 3 year old twin boys who aren't tall enough to do any height restricted rides aside from Barnstormer. We are utilizing the Rider Swap Pass where we can.

I'm a little thrown with what to FP for HS because of the tiering. We know we want TSM for the whole family. I don't think my oldest will want to do ToT but Rockin Roller Coaster and Star Tours are probably good picks for him.

My thought was doing EMH to get in sign up for Jedi academy, possibly ride TSM with short wait and follow with FP to ride again. Then maybe FP Frozen (do you need FP for this?) and 1 other thing for all of us and then hope to book a 4th or more FP for ODS to get to do Rockin Roller Coaster and/or Star Tours.

Just wondering do those rides run out of FP though by mid day/early afternoon when we'd finish with our first 3? How about Little Mermaid. I've read it's recommended to use a FP for this one, but if we try to book that as a later FP should there still be some shows available? I know TSM will be long gone before the day arrives , most likely. I'm just curious if FP for other things are usually gone fast as well.

FWIW we are going in early May on a Saturday with morning EMH and a predicted crowd level of 4.

TIA!

By the time you're done signing up for JTA, the wait for TSM will not be short.

Really? Even during EMH and if we are at the front of the crowd to get to sign up? I mean I'm not expecting 10 minutes but hoping for under an hour.

I guess another option is to send 1 adult w/ODS to sign up at JTA and the other can ride TSM with the twins.
