Yup, just checked this morning when I read they changed the tiering at Epcot, and all of the selections we made a few weeks back - POOF!

Whatever. Not gonna worry about it and not gonna spend the time at this point trying to make the reservations all over again. And I sure as hell don't have the patience to deal with Disney's tech support depafrtment or standing in line at Guest Relations throughout the day. Though we can't do anything about our hotel reservations, we can do something about our park hoppers. We're going to reduce the number of days, rent a car, and do other things in the area that don't require this much work. I want to enjoy this vacation, and leaving that up to Disney and the stresses they're causing us, that's a lousy bet.

I wasn't aware they changed the tiers. Is this a recent thing because we just made out fastpass selections Sunday night and nothing has changed.

Well, I will say I thought that Maelstrom was included in tier one but looks like it isn't anymore.

Hopefully things get worked out for you

I'm honestly not worried about. It is what it is.

:thumbsup2 I agree don't sweat it. It is what it is and I have to say looking forward to the EXPRESS pass at Universal. Staying onsite at Universal this year :cool1: Of course we are doing WDW as usual but love breaking the vacation up..

You'll never have this problem at Universal Studios / IOA! :thumbsup2

Notice by my ticker where we'll be the first week.

It makes me sad though. We were discussing last night how next summer we'll be going to Disneyland for the 1st time, but after that, no more Disney for a while. It's meant so such to me and my family over the years, but physically, with the changes to the GAC and FP, I just can't do it anymore. At least, not to an extent that it's worth the cost.

Staying on-site at Universal is the best. What's very sad is, I could never imagine going to Orlando in the summer and not doing WDW. Now, with the way things are, we are all totally stoked for Universal and kind of dreading going to Disney. When you get to that point, you know it's time for a change of plan.

DHS tiers changed too. Great Movie Ride is now Tier 1, LOL.

Since you said awesome in the title I'll follow up with GREAT JOB, NICE TO READ SOMETHING POSITIVE!!!! :cool1::cool1::cool1:

Sorry to see it, but at this point it is what it is. No doubt there's someone in the park right now who will report later that everything works great and they don't see what the problem is, that will surely make you feel better.

Bummer. No offense but your posts on here alone took longer than it did me to reserve 5 days for 10 people. Don't blame you though-shouldn't have to.

Yeah, I wouldn't try and replace them just yet.

With the way the system seems to work, you might log in later today and notice everything is back to normal.

Are you looking at the ap or the website? I just went into the ap and my Fp+'s are all messes up. It just shows one person in my party as having each of the attractions. But if I go to the website they are all there for everyone in my party. I tend to just use the website because the ap tends to have a lot more glitches.

LOL - I just checked out the APP after reading this, and they're still there, but are still gone on the website.

What can you do but laugh? I mean, yeah, these trips are expensive, but in the grand scheme of things, I'll be with my family on vacation. That's all that matters. What's the worst thing that happens? I spend the entire time in the pool at the Boardwalk with my boys.

All is good.:goodvibes

I wouldn't sweat it either. We "only" spent two hours dealing with the nice folks at Guest Services @Epcot. For that day, Our group was 9 people...27 FPs made 60 days in advance..MDE Ap showed 3 people with 1 each, 1 person with 4 FPs-(all at the same time!), and 3 FPs for some guy not even in our group!
One-and-a-half-BILLION-dollars! BAZINGA!
I showed them every screen capture I made. (One nice young man told me "those didn't mean anything, I could've PhotoShopped them." :rotfl2:

Well yeah, I could've...so could my 8 year old grandson....

We've come to expect "blips" in the trips, and try to deal with as best we can...but SOA, I definitely feel your pain.
And yet, here I sit...planning the next trip, with expectations of a fun time time, some great eats, and a test of my nerves in the face of pimple faced CMs.....
First Worlders, that we are.

Omg....that is too much...I was planning a lot of resort time ...maybe it will be even more...but I will hope for the best. Enjoy your trip:)

You do the same. We'll probably walk right past one another (depending on your dates). You're staying right across the water from us. Either that or we'll be standing next to each other at Guest Relations.:thumbsup2

I was just playing around with my Epcot FPs for July 14th and it looked like plenty of times and tier 1 selections are available. You might be able to simply re-select. Good luck.

Someone remind me how this is so much easier than paper FP again...

It isn't even laughable anymore. The system is flawed ,over budget, and just plain is terrible in its current form. Paper was easier! Of course someone will soon come along and say bear with Disney its just in testing phase.:rotfl2:

I hear ya. We had to scrap all of ours first day when a huge storm system blew in and half our group said "no way!" to spending $100 each at EP to get pushed in a wheel chair in the rain. Fat lotta good they did us, but I did book them before we got on our cruise so we would have some when we got back. But we only had 2 base days and I felt like I had tons of unfinished business.

I'm taking my unfinished business to Disneyland instead next year, where we aren't even allowed to make any reservations that aren't 6 months out (hotels or ADR), and where FP are much more relaxed.

Technology is going to cost them at least in the short term. It took me several different trips to get my photos because they weren't uploaded yet in the system, it was way too slow, and others even told me that they have lost their photos altogether one time and they never did get them.

It feels like the Glitch is getting to more than Vanellope von Schweetz! :sad2:
