FP+ Problem

This was our first time doing FP+ selection and last night was when our 60 day window started. On our first day, we could only get 2 of the FP+ we wanted, when we wanted them, and then was having a hard time trying to get another FP+ to fit our schedule, so we canceled one and decided to try and work on our touring plan and try to get a 3rd later (especially when we weren't so tired and frustrated). I started working this morning on trying to get a 3rd FP+, not realizing that Disney would cancel the other 2 FP+ in order to make changes and add a 3rd.

1. Are we screwed if we cancel and try and start over again? Will we lose the great times we already have or are they pretty easy to pick up right away again?
2. Are there any other options we can do?

I'm feeling like such a FP+ newbie that make a rookie mistake.

For future reference, never, ever cancel - always modify instead.

If they cancelled your other 2 as well, just rebook them for that day.

FWIW, you shouldn't have any trouble getting what you're looking for.

Yeah I did mine last night had no issues getting what we wanted and modify the time to when we want
But then again we like to get our fp done early in the day that way we can get ore later in the day if needed
I will say it was much easier to swap seven dwarfs around to the time we wanted this year then last year

We had a few problems finding what we wanted because most of our FP+ are scheduled for the morning. Most days our plan is to tour the park in the morning, go to the resort in the afternoon, and hop to another park in the evening.

Is it pretty easy to get the same times back again, even if they are first thing in the morning?

It shouldn't be a problem. I have scheduled my fastpasses 3 weeks out and didn't have a problem getting anything I wanted.

Can I ask why you haven't just gone ahead and rescheduled them? You said that Disney cancelled the rest of them for that day, so you should be able to book them now without any problems.

I didn't end up cancelling the 2 that were fine. I saw Disney's message saying that to add a FP+, they would cancel the other fastpasses and panicked and didn't hit the button to cancel them.

In that case, just call disney and have them reinstate your 3rd fastpass.

I didn't know they could do that. I will give that a try.

Thank you, Alesia! I called Disney and they were able to add my 3rd FP+ back on! I just have to redo my plan to get everything to work. I also was able to go online and get better times this morning, than I could last night, for some of the other Fastpasses on other days.

Now I just need to keep repeating to myself...DO NOT cancel any FP+...DO NOT cancel any FP+...

Hey can you ever get more than 4 fast passes? Say your 3 are early in the day, can you keep getting another? Or 4 is the daily limit?

Yes. As soon as you use your 4th FP, you can get another.

Depending on when you will be vacationing, you may be able to get your 4th FP and so on, by using the MDE app instead of a kiosk. 4th FP by app begins sometime in April.

We've easily gotten more than 10 additional fastpasses (after the initial 3) in a day at MK.
