FP+ open at midight 60 days out?

Does FP become available at midnight at 60 days prior or sometime after? Planning for large party so it might matter , thanks in advance

Guests staying at Disney resorts can start at 60 days out and book for the length of their stay. Off site, 30 days and you have to book daily through your 30 day window.

Midnight Eastern so I was able to go in at 11:00 p.m. my time which was nice.
