Is it possible to pick up a 4th fp at one park and change it to a different fp at a different park on the app?

No. As of right now you can't edit a fp to change parks in general, you must cancel the fast passes first, then select new ones at selected park.

So when you go on your phone to try to change your 4th fp after selecting it at a kiosk you select "change time or attraction", not changing of parks.
